Earlier today, my wife & I were out running errands, and we stopped at a Taco Bell to get a little food. When we ordered, the lady over the intercom sounded like she was having a hard day. So, while we waited, I pulled some balloons out of my pocket and twisted her a simple tulip balloon.
When we came up to the drive-in window, in addition to our money I gave her the flower. Her face lit up, and she even threw a couple of desert items into our order, free of charge 🙂
